The data displayed is based on the CAT4 Cleansing View reports – for full details please refer to the CAT4 Cleansing View QRG available at help.pencs.com.au/cat.htm
Figure 120: Indicated Diagnoses Report
This report allows a quick view of the number of patients with one or more of the indicated chronic conditions without a coded diagnosis. As in all PAT CAT reports the 'View Report' button will display the detailed numbers and percentages for the aggregated total and for each individual clinic.
