The Pen CS CAT4 software product provides easy access to reporting relating to patients that have osteoporosis risk factors. The report will list all patients that have no coded diagnosis of osteoporosis, but meet risk factors relating to the disease. The patients listed in the report can have Osteoporosis, so I am not sure why this was in the BRS? Who are the patients targeted asides from the criteria below are is that all?

The report will apply the following mandatory filter requirements when populating the list of patients.
