This stands for Rapid HIV Test. We added this data item as part of an STI project we did a few years ago. This test is done in the practice and hence did not come into the system through the normal pathology import. The practice was manually entering the results and we needed to be able to capture that testing.
It does not need to be mapped if the practice is not using it.
