New PAT Filters added to align with CAT4

•  Conditions Other Filter now provides FH, Hepatitis and Liver, Trichiamoniasis
•  Medications Respiratory Filter has been updated for new medications
•  Risk Factors

 Some of the new filters are dependant on the CAT4 data extract version. Practices with old versions of the data extract will be excluded from these filters.

•  The number of practices that will be included will be displayed in the top right under the recalculate button.
•  Reports will display practices that are excluded with a dash in each data field

 The PHN Default Logo on the login and landing page can now be customised to the PAT Organisation's own logo
