The reidentified report shows the patient details as well as the count, date and item number(s) claimed under the categories listed above. Please note that we only report the most recent MBS item and that the date range result filter can be used to narrow the report down to only show items claimed in a particular date rangeThis report will show all Telehealth items claimed and display the date for each item. The Date Range (Results) Filter does not apply to this filter, but all other filters including the Date Range (Visits) Filter can be used.
