Default options is "Any" which means refers to the date range below and means that you can search for patients with any item claimed within the date range or patients with none of the no MBS items claimed within the date range. An example would be a search for patients with an item 10990 claimed in the last 6 months, where you would select the "Any" option here, then select the Claim Date Range of 6 months and the MBS Item Number 10990.If you wanted

The 'None' option can be used to find all patients who did not have the 10990 claimed didn't have any MBS items claimed in a specific date range or ever. This can be combined for example with the Date Range (Visits) Filter to find patients who have visited in the last 6 months, you need to change the Patient with selected MBS Item(s) in Date Range to "None"12 months but didn't have any Medicare item claimed in that period.
