IHI recorded and My Health Record unknown = Patient has an IHI but the clinical system has not been able to establish if the My Health Record exists. This applies in particular to BP, as BP does NOT update the status automatically when the record is opened, instead it requires the user to manually check for the MHR status. This explains the high number of patients with IHS but unknown MHR status for BP users.
