• New/Updated functionality
  • Cleansing PAT report denominator has been updated to include all patients (filtered or unfiltered). This means that the percentages in the report tables will now refer not to the targeted patients (those with one or more missing items) but to the total population. To see the updated numbers a recalculation for this report has to be done first.
  • Added visual indicators for CAT4 extracts in the Import window. This will enable the users to see which of multiple uploads from one clinic/month is included, superseded or excluded.
  • Added option to create prompts for missing weights and/or heights
  • Added option to select total population in time line graphs
• Bug fixes
  • Fixed PAT Prompts bug when filtering for archived/deceased patients
  • Fixed eGFR count – needs a recalculation to correct eGFR report numbers
  • Fixed count for MBS 10997 and 10987 – needs a recalculation to correct MBS report numbers

PAT CAT 3.5.67

• Updated National KPI report (section PI22, Cervical Screening)

  • Now including HPV tests from 1 December 2017

• Updated FBG report categories (requires report recalculate for old data)

• New feature to backdate imported extract by 1 month ("Quick How To" below)

  • Click on "Import" button

  • Click "Imported Extracts" tab

  • Tick the extracts you want to backdate 1 month

  • Click on "Request to Change Month" button

  • A popup/window will be open to allow user to backdate the extract month

  • Make your changes and click "Save"

• Removed patient status pre-filter conditions (during import) in Practice Data Quality Benchmark Report (requires report recalculate to reflect changes). This report was until now pre-filtered by to include only active and current patients.

• Fix issue with Last Recorded Result Date Range filter doubling up the counts

• Fix pagination issue in the Prompt listing window

PAT CAT 3.5.62

• Reworked Patient Export functionality. All patient exports will now be put into a queue and be processed in the background
• Added "Shingles" report (Immunisations --> Adult --> Shingles)

PAT CAT 3.5.53

Programs

• Added configuration types to programs. A program can be used for Enrolments or Hyperlink Clicks
  • Existing programs are treated as enrolment types

  • New program related statistics (visible in the Practice Management screen when a program has been selected)
    • Viewed the number of times a program (or App in Topbar) is clicked open for a unique patient
    • Hyperlink Clicks - the number of hyperlinks clicked (only available on Hyperlink type programs)
    • Program li sting is sortable by ID or Cr eat ion Date
    • Added new graph categories for Prompts
      • CKD
      • HIV
      • HEPB
      • HEP C
      • Note: These categories are only available when in Programs view

New Reports and/ or Features

• Hyperlink Clicks report - shows how many patient clicks were done for a selected Hyperlink program
• Disk Management - this feature can be found in Support -> Setting -> Data Management Tab -> Disk Management
  • Database Information - shows the database related information, such as total size (data and log), available space in the database etc.
  • Disk Information - shows the different disk / volumes information related to the database
