To ensure the privacy of patients, a universal rule is applied whereby if there are fewer than 5 patients able to be displayed in a map segment for a given data selection, no data will be displayed on the map.
When such restrictions are required to be applied, the selection in the Aggregated Data drop down box will have a asterisk symbol '*' shown next to the practices/organisation name indicating that the result set has been limited. If there is no data to be shown for the organisation/practice, then the item will be greyed out and not available for selection. Image Removed

NOTE: The asterisk symbol '*' indicates that not all data is able to be shown due the application of privacy restrictions.
In the example above the aggregate data for the organisation (PENCS) is available, but for the clinics SMC and VGP there are either less than 5 patients or none for the selected indicator available.
