The data collection process collects conditions that are found on the Summary Views > Problems tab. Chronic conditions are flagged as true for a patient if the condition is marked as either active or inactive.
Other conditions, which are regarded as being recoverable, are flagged as true if they are marked as active only. These are listed below. All others are reported regardless of their status in the clinical system.
