Immunisations are collected if they have been entered in the Medical Director 3 Immunisations tab. MD3 provides the option to note that the vaccine has been given elsewhere. Provided the date and vaccine type are entered as usual CAT4 will report vaccines regardless if given at the practice or given elsewhere.
