• Topbar server component has been installed
• User & Clinic need to be registered with Pen CS
• User or Administrative rights
• Installation is on a 'per user' basis which means if multiple users share a PC you will have to install in each MS Windows user profile
• NOTE: Minimum .NET 24.05
• Ability to setup firewall exception on specific port (8086)when configuring connection to clinic server
• Network - 100 Mbit
• If you are re-installing Topbar, please close it down before commencing the installation. We recommend to uninstall from Control Panel/Programs and Features/Pen CS Topbar if the user has access to Control Panel.
