| Please note that the recipes below are provided for practices who don't have access to the PIP QI reports through their CAT4 licence. Due to the specifications of the quality improvement measures (QIMs) and the limitations of the filters/reports in CAT4 not all QIMs can be replicated using the steps detailed in the recipes. The list count of patients will mostly be close to and in some cases or identical to the PIP QI report, but can't be used to validate the PIP QI report. The recipes give practices a way to identify their patients in each of the reporting categories for quality improvement activities but they are not designed to exactly replicate the ten improvement measures. |
