This report shows the CV event risk calculated by the built in calculator in Medical Director Clinical and Best Practice Software. The report shows patients aged 35-74 with no diagnosis of cardiovascular disease as defined by the CVD filter in CAT4 (details of conditions included are provided in CAT4 Data Mapping on the condition mapping for each clinical system).
The report will show low, moderate and high risk as well as 'not recorded' and can be filtered for date range or any other filter.
In the patient reidentification report the result (in %) as well as the date of the calculation will be shown.
