Cleansing App Expands!
The huge improvements to general practice data through the Cleansing App is creating a storm and practices are looking for more. We’ve added the following optional notifications to make sure you’re ready for accreditation long before the assessment:
- Additional missing Demographic items
- Next of Kin
- Medicare Number
- Emergency Contact
- Additional missing Clinical Items
- Family History
- Allergy Reaction
- Immunisations
- Diagnosis Coded
- Physical Activity
We’ve tinkered with our ‘Indicated Diabetes - no Coded Diagnosis’ algorithm to find patients with an HbA1c of 6.5 or greater.
