All information displayed in this report is extracted from the clinical system and some indicators are aggregated/processed after the upload to PAT CAT.

The 'Pensioner' count is based on the patient record in the clinical system and is not reported in CAT4, only in PAT CAT.

This report responds to filters, but the filters will affect indicators differently. Here is a full list of filters and what they do to this report:


The filters below remove patients from the report - if patient doesn’t meet filter criteria, they are dropped:

  • General
  • Practice (extract wide)
  • Ethnicity
  • Conditions
  • Medications
  • Patient Status *(from version 3.3)

The Results filter moves patients to a different category, such as 'not recorded' if the patient's results is outside the specified date range.


Since the Practice data quality report is a mix of categories, only some categories are affected by the Results filter.
