IHI not recorded = no IHI has been recorded for this patient
IHI recorded and PCEHR My Health Record exists = Patient has an IHI and a PCEHR My Health Record has been set up either by or for the patient
IHI recorded and PCEHR My Health Record does not exist = Patient has an IHI but no PCEHR My Health Record has been setup
IHI recorded and PCEHR My Health Record unknown = Patient has an IHI but the clinical system has not been able to establish if the PCEHR exists.My Health Record exists.

Best Practice Users please note that to update a patient's MHR status from unknown the 'My Health Record' menu needs to be accessed in BP. If no one has clicked on 'My Health Record' then CAT4 will list the status as 'unknown'.
