This upgrade contains:
- IHI and MyHR graph has been fixed where incorrectly displaying IHI with 'unknown' MyHR
- Diabetes Type I - LADA added for BP (recent addition)
- Osteoporosis REFRAME report includes an additional column for '70 and no DXA or >5 years since last DXA'
- GP Complete CIS integration is now available for pilot sites
