These recipes were created with the Heart Foundation to support their Heart Health Check Toolkit. They are designed to enable practices using CAT4 to find patients eligible for the MBS item 699 and have additional risk factors or other reasons for recall. For practices using Topbar, our MBS app will notify you of anyone eligible for the Heart Health Check and many other MBS items. These notifications are designed to support opportunistic care when patients are already at the practice, while the CAT4 recipes below are supporting planned care by targeting patients most at need.
