This report shows the aggregated figures for the numbers of coded versus indicated chronic conditions diabetes, chronic kidney disease (CKD), COPD and Mental Health. The data displayed is based on the CAT4 Cleansing View reports – for full details please refer to the CAT4 Cleansing View QRG available at help.pencs.com.au/cat.htm

This report allows a quick view of the number of patients with one or more of the indicated chronic conditions without a coded diagnosis. As in all PAT CAT reports the 'View Report' button will display the detailed numbers and percentages for the aggregated total and for each individual clinic.
