Hiv_RHT		HIV screening has been done using RHT test HIV RHT test This stands for Rapid HIV Test. We added this data item as part of an STI project we did a few years ago. This test is done in the practice and hence did not come into the system through the normal pathology import. The practice was manually entering the results and we needed to be able to capture that testing. It does not need to be mapped if the practice is not using it.

A LOINC code should be provided by the path labs with each result they send back, however it is sometimes missing. CAT4 will first look for a LOINC code. If that is not provided it will look for a test name. Unfortunately test names are not standardised so CAT will sometimes use "wildcard" searching of test names (denoted by a %).
