This report shows all patients in your clinic eligible for a second booster shot which is currently to be given 3 months after their first booster dose. As this is based on current medical advice, we have designed the eligibility criteria (except for age) to be adjusted as new advice is received, thus ensuring your reports remain up to date. Please use age filter to determine your cohort as per clinical guidance. 
To check the date of the last vaccine, you can check the Patient Reidentification report, the 'Recent Dose Date' will show the date and can be used to sort/filter for patients with specific dates.
