All reports under the medications tab are based on current (active) prescriptions in the clinical system. Not all medications are listed and CAT4 groups some medications by name and/or class. Some medications are listed individually (Aspirin, Warfarin) but include generic and brand names. Please refer to the mapping guides for your clinical system for more details.
