The Immunisations tab contains sub-tabs for:

  • Influenza
  • Adult - Pneumococcal, Pertussis
  • Adolescent – HPV, DTP, VZV
  • Child – Child Schedule and Child NKPI Essential Immunisations
  • Reports – Influenza by Age and Risk, Pneumococcal by Age and Risk

The charts are all pie charts and the Reports tab provides aggregated information by age, gender and ethnicity.
Each graphs displays either

  • Date last Immunised – Influenza, Pertussis
  • Immunisation Status – Pneumococcal, HPV, DTP, VZV

Child Schedule provides a pie chart for children aged 0-7 years with their immunization status:

  • Fully immunised (a child has received all the immunisations required for their age)
  • Up to date (a child is not fully immunised but no dose is due)
  • Due (immunisations are due now)
  • Overdue (immunisations are overdue)

A reidentification worksheet provides details for each immunisation in the schedule. In the worksheets the overdue immunisation will be displayed with a * next to the current count to assist in identifying the reason for the child being listed as overdue.
