These two reports show patients with an existing Event Summary (ES).

The ES Uploads report shows the number of patients that have had an ES uploaded at the practice by the following criteria:

  • no ES upload
  • 1 upload
  • 2 uploads
  • 3 uploads
  • > 3 uploads

The ES Age report shows when the ES have been uploaded, broken down by the following criteria:

  • < 1 month
  • 1 - < 2 months
  • 2 - < 3 months
  • 2 - < 6 months
  • >= 6 months
