The eHealth Clinical Indicators Report contains data for the following sections:
- Allergies and adverse reactions
- Medications
- Medical History
- Health Risk Factors
- Immunisations
- Relevant Family History
- Relevant Social History
- Medication Currency
- Shared Health Summary
It includes all patients who are not archived or deceased in the clinical system of the practice. The report shows the data broken down by active/all patients and ethnicity and shows a count and percentage for all indicators.
